She holds a degree in visual art and works at Land St Gallery in Toowong, contributing to Meanjin's vibrant and growing arts culture.

This body of work emerged after a short time spent living in Toowoomba, where she took a job in a funeral home. The role brought her into close proximity with deep grief, birthing a raw and reflective shift in her work.
